Welcome to Sienna

Sienna is on land that grew sugar and cotton in the 1800s. In 1913, the property was purchased by former Houston mayor Thomas H. Scanlan. Scanlan's heirs' estate entrusted the property to the Scanlan Foundation, which benefited the Catholic Diocese of Houston. From the 1950s until 1972, the diocese operated the Cenacle Retreat on the land under the direction of the Cenacle Sisters. In the mid-1980s home development began. In May 2019, the community changed its name from "Sienna Plantation" to Sienna.  (Source: Wikipedia) Today, Sienna residents enjoy miles of trails and parks with many world-class amenities. (Source: Sienna website)

Ask us a Question

No Yard Work

Does being responsible for you own yard and home exterior bore you?

CON: You will lose control over how much the Condo or Townhome Association pays for these services, and you will be required to pay monthly fees and ongoing Condo or Townhome Assessments to cover your share of these costs.  You are still required to maintain the area inside your Condo or Townhome.
