Welcome to Midtown

Midtown was originally a Victorian-style residential neighborhood built in the 19th century; however, Midtown experienced an economic depression during the latter half of the 20th century, resulting in the departure of residents and businesses and a proliferation of vacant land.[3] The formation of the Midtown Redevelopment Authority in the early 1990s and a renewed interest in Houston's urban core resulted in the gentrification of the district. Throughout our twenty-first century, MIdtown has been fueled by an influx of young residents and the development of a vibrant nightlife. Like many other gentrified areas of Houston, Midtown's street signs are themed, specific to the area's logo, and there are many parks, sculptures, and businesses that include “Midtown” in their name, both, to signify a form of economic unity and to further attract more visitors and residents.[3][4] (Source: Wikipedia)

Six Reasons why a Condo or Townhome might be a good idea.

Ask us a Question

No Yard Work

Does being responsible for you own yard and home exterior bore you?

PRO: You will not personally have to do anything the Condo or Townhome Association is required to do.  No more worrying about yard work, or exterior building maintenance.  If applicable, they will also take care of any interior common area maintenance.

CON: You will lose control over how much the Condo or Townhome Association pays for these services, and you will be required to pay monthly fees and ongoing Condo or Townhome Assessments to cover your share of these costs.  You are still required to maintain the area inside your Condo or Townhome.
